    BT Module

When I plug in my BT module I get no lights no nothing. But when I unplug it and plug in my control set everything works great. Any ideas of what I might be doing wrong? The BT module did work for a short time.

The BT Module does not light when connected. It only lights when you are running the ALP Connect App and its paired and the connection with the app is live.

Try again and make sure the app is running and the BT connection is active.

That did it. I'm going to go back to keeping my extra iPhone 6 in my center console and keep it plugged in and on all the time and see how that goes. Thanks Again.

I have a problem with the BT module. ALP Connect sees the BT module, connects to it, then after few seconds tells me "Please update the firmware 4.5.1". I have already the version 5.1.3, I've checked it with the Basic control set.

It seems that the BT works with my Android phone, but it doesn't communicate with the CPU. I can't get the version from the menu in ALP Connect, he can't tell me if the CPU is in green, yellow, or blue mode.

I've tried to restart the phone, reinstall ALP Connect, stop/start connect/disconnect CPU and cables. Do you know what I should do?

Try a different phone to rule out communication issue with your phone. If you have the issue with a different phone you will need to replace the module.

I've tried as well with an iPhone 6 with the same wrong behaviour.
