    Solid green LED

Yesterday while driving the control head LED went from blue (protection mode) to solid green. It stayed that way for about 30 minutes, through multiple reboots, then all by itself went back to blue protection mode. While it was green the only function that worked was the power button. No audio, unable to get into menu or change profile. Even tried refreshing the settings with USB stick, no help.

I was getting ready to pull my F1 sensor and send in to AL Priority due to repeated sensor fail messages. Now I'm wondering if there isn't some other problem?

If you dont load a config file with defence mode enabled it will be in green mode. Vortex has some good tutorials on setting up your ALP.

Before looking at an Escort Radar Detector you should really check out Uniden Detectors.. Uniden R1 & R3 are the best performing radar detectors for the money.

I don't even have the profile section checked. I'm troubleshooting as we speak and it seems it has to do with the placement of the heads. I'm getting it to work when I move things around. Like just plug F2 and t works fine. Then I tried plugging F1 then R1 while on. But if you shit it off and and try to connect just F1 it won't work. I believe my 4th head is bad so I took it out of the equation( it's getting extremely hot, and won't beep at all when I wave my hand on front of it.)

Profiles would not have anything to do with it. Set a standard settings file with defence enabled and also skip warm-up so that it will boot directly into defence mode. It will help you troubleshoot easier.

I tried that 15 times and still stick. Is there a way to rollback firmware?

There are no issues with firmware. You might have a failing sensor or a shorted wire if your settings are correct.
