I think one of the most important would be to be able to switch to park sensor mode immediately.
This would be critical so if the LEO pulled you over and questioned you there would be no issue. To have to scramble to find and have a USB to stick in the port and reprogram whilst having to pull over and deal with the cops is asking a lot.

Android support & voice alerts with a very short alarm before identifying the gun. These might exist but I have not placed my order yet until I know they do.

Actually, with the ALP connect, saved user configurations would be nice.
    Example:
    Config 1 - Auto Kill 3 secs
    Config 2 - Parking Only
    Config 3 - Testing Mode
    My toys:
    2009 BMW 328i Convertible
    SmartRadar by Escort
Dual ALPs (front) Single ALP (rear)
    Check out My Install

+1 To Android support, the fact AL implemented Apple first is beyond belief since Android has over 75% of total market share now and growing. This has been the case for some time now it also doesn't suffer from all the political bullshit Apple wants to put you through plus making you jump through hoops just to get your app on Itunes.

I am sure voice alerts on Android will be good once Android is implemented, since they are pretty good now on iOS..

There is already a way to achieve what you describe. Please watch the video especially the part about the USB Privacy Key:

Create a privacy USB key (any USB flash drive will do), have it pluged in for blue mode and plug it out for immediate switch to green only mode. Plugging out during a Laser alert also functions as JTK+Switch over to green only mode.

I really do not like the USB Key function but yes it could accomplish what you describe but it leaves the possibility for someone to loose the security key file and render their CPU useless. I think a better solution would be to just have the vehicle on the ALP Connect app switch modes when tapped like it does when an alert is going off.

I agree. If I'm being pulled over the last thing I want to do is scramble around to fund the USB. It makes much more sense to have a JTK which immediately switches over to PDC only.
As well I then don't have to get another USB after I have driven away to put settings back to normal.
Please consider this as I believe most people would agree it is a must have feature

I would like the ability to connect the ALP CPU directly to my computer instead of using a flash drive to program the ALP.

This is already the way the system operates. If you set LID to 4 seconds it will jam and automatically kill in 4 seconds. If you want to kill earlier you just press any button on the controller or tap the screen if you use ALP Connect. What others were asking for was a way to switch modes before being targeted.
