It helps educate the community so that everyone is more well informed, and it also helps light the fire under jammer manufacturers to release new updates. This is the cat and mouse game between new guns and new updates in action.
In the video you mention that it jams all known and unknown lidar devices. That's a pretty big claim, a very important capability. Jammers like the LI and 905's use lookup tables to recognize known pulse patterns and then jam accordingly, and they also have generic jamming algorithms for unknown guns that they can use as well, but obviously that doesn't work for all guns out there.
What's different about the ALPs that let it jam ALL known and unknown guns?
