Since we know there were a couple of tests against a LR-100 I found it odd that we were having problems, but it could be something simple. Regardless just goes to show that we all need to test because there are variants of these guns. It will only make the priority that much stronger and better for us all!

With the Advanced Features you talked about in your test, I would assume over time a database could be built to list which State used which guns. That would be useful. Maybe something like that exists already. I am VERY new to this.

Nice review! I think I'll have to install a kill switch too. Does the blue light blink all the time? If so, that controller will be installed in my ashtray with the lid closed.

you can set the system to "DARK MODE" that only uses LED's on startup and alarm. That is currently what I have mine set to.

Its ok to get owned lol. Better to find the spot and fine tune it instead of a cop.

    There is always next time.

You are very fortunate that you have an easy car to protect. Very few good reflective surfaces.

I'm anxious to see how I do this time with the ALP. Now I was running a quad LI with 2 forward facing heads and 2 angled heads.

We were blessed with great southern winter testing weather. Sunny & about 75F. I was very impressed with AL's performance. While the test vehicle is very stealthy looking without a jammer, I had no problem getting readings with the 100LR as soon as the test car turned onto the 3000ft test course. Looking forward to the next round of testing.
