The page states that the file should be named Setup.alp and you have it without the capitol letter S, dunno if that matters tho.

I didn't change the name of the file, I just downloaded onto my USB key whatever it was straight from ALP's website. Thanks for the suggestion though.

BRD, is it recommended that ANY time you do a firmware/control set update or change the setup parameters, should you do a factory reset again?

Yes, I would run a factory reset to make sure your sensor positions are always current after a firmware update.

Do you need to do this if you're just updating your setup preferences, i.e. PRO Mode, LID time, DARK mode, etc.?

Is it not possible to just hook your computer straight to the CPU and update it as you do the LIs or is it necessary to use a flash drive?

Sorry I am sure I am going to be asking a lot of dumb questions over the next while since I just ordered my ALP and will be doing plenty of research to get ready for it.

Everything else seems to be working (parking sensor, control set etc), just not USB.
Any chance you are mixing up the next and enter buttons when using 722 for stats, don't ask how I know that's possible

Nope, because I get into the service menu (white led) and right beep sounds after I enter each 2. Except at the end, instead of blue blink indicating stats downloaded, I get a red blink.
