    Redflex cameras

    Hi

Does anyone know if there's been progress with the Max series to defeat the Redflex fixed pole and van cams?

In New Zealand these are everywhere and very hard to detect until your on top of them then too late.

They fire a low frequency narrow K band beam with little scatter

What R&D is Escort doing to put early warning technology into the windscreen mounted units?

A windscreen mounted unit with the ability to defeat the Redflex cams would sell like hotcakes here and in other parts of the world where these cams are in use

Come on Escort where u at with progress to defeat these cams?

Sell your Max, get a Redline EX if you are worried about redflex.

Guys I’m still using my 9500ix and it does warn me when radar is being used example on I-10 coming from San Antonio towards Houston I picked a KA Signal so I slowed down well it took a long while before I seen a Texas DPS on the side of the road kinda hidden so with that I think maybe I should just stay with it instead of buying a Uniden R3 and another thing I’m never the first car to get busted or in line of others I’m the car picking up a signal when a faster driver is being clocked.

What do you guys think or should I buy a better one than the R3??

I do use it here in Houston driving on the freeways but other cars pass me as if I’m going slow.
    Thanks!
