System not powering up but Bluetooth cycling on and off continuously

Don’t know what has changed or why
Controller not powering up and Bluetooth cycling on and off all the time
I have power as the green light of the modules are on but the controller doesn’t power on and as I said Bluetooth keeps on cycling on off on off. LED is powered on
    Can anyone help
I’ve had the unit for years and set up is pretty basic but I’m stuck as to why this is happening
Whole unit apart from the controller switch was sent away and confirmed all ok
Is the control switch stuffed but then why is Bluetooth going on and off
    Appreciate any advice

I don't have any sage advice, though I would be happy to meet you with my BT module so you can test it on your system, just for the process of elimination.

Don't connect to BT and try just the wired controller. If your unit still goes off from time to time check your ground and +12v wires and make sure connection is solid and there is no corrosion.

Tried everything doesn’t work. Connected directly to battery and exactly the same. The controller doesn’t seem to power up even though the modules light up with power. So somehow I’m not getting full power to operate the controller
Looks like I need to send in to service

Sounds like you might also have BT wired opposite. When you connect to BT a relay will trigger that cuts off the wired controller. If you have the cables in the opposite ports when you go to connect it will disconnect the CPU instead.

Tried both ways and doesn’t work. Can’t figure it out
Even if connected direct to battery and with controller only no Bluetooth controller doesn’t work it’s really strange it’s like unit not getting full power

Did you connect both the 12V and ground wires direct to the battery? A bad ground can cause those symptoms.

If connecting both wires direct to the battery still doesn't work, try disconnecting all but one sensor to rule out a short somewhere. Try with a different sensor plugged in.

If it still doesn't work, your CPU may need to be serviced.
