We have already told you what to do to troubleshoot your issue. If the system does not boot disconnect one sensor at a time to determine which line if causing an issue. Once you determine which line it is disconnect the sensor at the quick disconnect connector and plug into another sensors wire and that will tell you if you have an issue with a head or the wire. I am not sure why you are making things more complicated.

LOL I've always been kinda curious what would happen if you plugged different sensors into another manufacturers CPU... I definitely won't be trying this any time soon

First time you told me this, or replied to me at all. I think you have me confused with someone else.

I'll just send my F1 sensor back to ALP, pretty sure it is bad. Then see if the green LED returns.

One thing I failed to mention is that I swapped the F! and F2 connections at the control box and the error message switched to F2 sensor fail. Pretty sure it is the sensor. Just wanted to know if the failed sensor could cause the booting up to green LED problem, or if it could be another issue, before I sent the F1 sensor back to ALP.

    Hi Holla,

Yep, it boots right up to blue with F! disconnected. That sensor will be in the mail back to ALP tomorrow.

Once I get this resolved, I'd love to check the replacement out with your assistance. Actually was thinking that was a pretty idea anyway, even without this sensor problem. Been 2 years since we tested with your gun.
