Just having a read of this thread;

http://radarandlaserforum.com/showthread.php/3930-V1-w-V1C-Custom-sweep-programing-(Android)

Has anyone put together a AU/NZ custom sweep on their V1.

Looking at purchasing the Bluetooth module and programming the V1 to do so, would be very handy to remove all the false alerts that I am constantly getting around shopping centers etc.

Any advice appreciated or where I can find a detailed list of the KA/K band frequencies used here, I am happy to put together a thread to do so.

Cheers,

Brett

Custom sweeps are only for Ka band, and WA no longer seems to run any Ka band (Multanova 6-F retired, Decatur Genesis Select II withdrawn from service). One promo video of one of the early Concept TE cars appeared to show it running a Stalker unit, but they are not approved in the Govt Gazette

You can't seg / custom sweep k band on the V1, so not too much use, but I'll post my Ka sweeps up anyway.

With Yav1 however, you can use 'mute outside the box' for k band.

To get any relief on k band, you need a Redline Intl / Pro-A or Intl Sti-R+ where you can seg k band. Knocking out k1 and k3 segs, takes out both the BSM falses from the VF Commodore, whilst leaving k2 on, covers the Kustom Signals gear such as the Raptor RP-1, Falcon HR, and the Eagles

Here's mine for Ka band (WA only)

34593 - 34770 (Stalker 34.7 Part 1, just in case)
34774 - 34833 (Stalker 34.7 Part 2, just in case)
35394 - 35615 (35.5, technically outside of ACMA allowed frequencies)
34996 - 35202 (35.1 Decatur Genesis Select II, withdrawn from service)
34194 - 34401 (34.3 Multanova 6-F, retired from service)

Thinking about adding a precautionary 34.9, just in case they decide to start using Ka band antennas on the Raptor RP-1's
