Hi All,
Im a newbee here and considering my options for a laser defense system. I live in the land of Dragoneye tech, so you know im dealing with VPR all day. I want to make one purchase and have something that will be able to be updated as things change over time. I have heard great things about ALP because of the VPR functions, updates etc. I plan to use three sensors on the front and two on the back and integrate radar STIR.

Can I go wrong with an ALP unit, or is there some other brand to consider? I know im in the ALP section so may be a loaded question :nevreness:

ALP is the only way to go these days especially in GA.

If using ALP Connect or HiFi (Coming Soon) It will announce Laser Ally. If using the standard Controller it will give a standard Laser Alert tone.

Does ALP make a 6 head unit so I can have VPR coverage front and rear?

You need 2 heads on each end for protection. Put 3 in the front if you want extra front protection.

Alp all the way I live in your area and just switched from li to alp! Let me know if and when you need to get your system tested.

I think ALP is the only one for you without a doubt. There is no other to compete when it comes to VPR...

Slo, I need to test my new XC70 too. Got the ALP Quad and STiR antenna. Got a place scoped out by the office yet?

I'm sure there are a quite a few I'll look for a good spot and I could test you after work one day.

As the RALETC tests just demonstrated, no single defense is perfect, nor fullproof.

Defense in depth is the way to go. ALPs + Veil + Lasershield.

It's DiD or "go home." :)
