I am looking forward to the radar testing as well. It would be fun to set some real life scenarios, instead of just pegging the car from 3,000-0 feet. We could do radar sitting in the car pointing at the freeway, and have people drive in stacks. I/O the lead car, and see who all gets the alert.

I want to drive at full speed past someone shooting LIDAR out their window or through the windshield and tag me from the rear to see if I get a save or not with a single sensor.

Other ideas????

I want to come, I need to see if I can get that day switched with a coworker. Are you still considering doing two weekends, because the 8th would probably be easier to swing.

Let us know how testing goes today. I know you have a single head and a dual ALP being tested today. Looking forward to your results.

Single ALP head on the rear was a big surprise!
JFG on all guns with the exception of TrueSpeedS.
My ALP head favors the passengers side of the car, so drivers taillight got lit up.
With that being said JFG on PL3, PL2, Marksman Compact, Stalker LZ1, and TruSpeed nonS model, is
not too shabby.

I think that singpe head did better than most expected. You definitely need another back there still though.

The 905s were very impressive today as well. One person made no install changes but updated the firmware. They went from massive PTs on the rear with most guns to JFG on most guns on the rear. Only some sub 400ft PTs with the Truspeed S.

There was a second 905 install with what we all thought would be a somewhat weak install, but even with the headlight corners bein 24"+ from the sensors, no PTs of any significance.

Yea ALP single head was shocking... but I still would never do that on my car :P Granted... that one ALP is way better than what I've got on my rear so I probably should just shut my face. Anyway, great testing with everyone yesterday. I had a great time and am glad I got to meet everyone. I look forward to next time!
